Leasing Overview:
While we specialize in single-tenant properties, we are able to complete transactions for multi-tenant occupancy. In this case we completed three leases within 90 days to achieve 40% occupancy and to meet the property’s break-even point. This brought an end to negative cash flow. We were then able to achieve 94% occupancy within 12 months.
