Alliance, through its affiliates Alliance and its Operating Units, have been responsible for the single largest transaction in 50+ markets throughout North America, including very large transactions on behalf of Dial Corporation, E-Toys, Lexmark, Samsonite and EKCO Housewares, World Kitchen, a KKR Co and AG Communication, an AT&T | GTE JV for the largest know IND Trade Worldwide.  These transactions account for hundreds of millions of square feet of Occupier space.

Alliance Brokerage teams are responsible for the underwriting of the acquisition, disposition, build-to-suit, financing and leasing of existing distribution, office and corporate facilities. Alliance CSG (Consolidation Strategies Group) has managed numerous other transactions including the Monee, IL distribution center, which consolidated eight properties into one, completed in 2001-02, with state-of-the-art specifications, including 38-foot clear ceiling heights, ESFR coverage with approximately one per 8,000 docking, a 2-storey office and expansion land for further expansion.

This unique development was underwritten by Alliance Commercial, which consisted of TIFF-bond financing and tax preferences achieved via our application.  We were able to reduce tax load to approximately less than 20c per sf.  Alliance is well-versed in the application for, and acquisition of, competitive tax initiatives and related OCC Cost entitlements for projects, nationwide.
